Vienna International Airport lists at its homepage all possibilities to get to the city. Except for a taxi there are mainly 3 possibilities:

–) Bus (probably most convenient; direct from airport to Westbahnhof; 45 min)

--) CAT (fastest; 16 minutes; change at Landstraße to US to Westbahnhof; ca. 33 min)

--) S-Bahn (cheapest; 25 minutes; change at Landstraße to U3 to Westbahnhof; ca. 45 min.)
